Plexus MA2045 is a robust two-part methacrylate adhesive, engineered for structural bonding of composites, thermoplastics, and metal assemblies. This adhesive has been specially developed to tackle the common issues of sag and slide, making it an ideal choice for applications on vertical surfaces. Additionally, it remains stable in gaps up to 1.5 inches thick, without boiling, ensuring consistent performance. Mixed at a 10:1 ratio and optimized for use at 75°F (24°C), Plexus MA2045 provides a lengthy working time of about 50 minutes, with initial and full strength developments occurring within 100 and 130 minutes, respectively.

Plexus MA2045 streamlines bonding tasks with its minimal surface preparation requirements, embodying a hassle-free application process. It is known for its exceptional fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and superior toughness, qualities that make it highly reliable for demanding industrial applications. This adhesive is available in 380-ml cartridges, as well as in larger 5-gallon pails and 50-gallon drums, all dispensed as a non-sagging gel to facilitate precise and clean application.
