Plexus MA3940 is a high-performance two-part methacrylate adhesive specifically engineered for the structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composite assemblies. It is mixed at a 10:1 ratio and is particularly suited for quick-setting applications, with a working time of 12 to 15 minutes and achieving about 75% of its ultimate strength within 25 to 30 minutes at a standard temperature of 74°F (23°C). This makes it an efficient choice for projects requiring rapid progression through assembly stages.

Ideal for materials sensitive to chemical crazing, such as acrylic or polycarbonate, Plexus MA3940 has become the go-to adhesive in environments where material integrity is crucial.
