About the Champ 600 Glue Gun
The Glue Machinery Champ 600 is an all electric glue gun with an 8 ounce melt chamber that can be used to dispense almost any type of bulk hot melt adhesive. The Champ 600 has a decent output rate and can often replace bulk hot melt systems for testing. The Champ 600 is a higher output and larger chamber glue gun than the Champ 3.

Features We Love
Dripping and stringing are limited by the check valve nozzle and the attached locking tank lid provides easy access to reload bulk hot melt. Although you can find much higher output with guns utilizing sticks, the Champ 600 allows use of lower cost bulk hot melt and slightly higher capacity per reload than traditional glue stick guns.
Bottom Line
The Champ 600 glue gun is great because that is one of the few hand held guns that can utilize bulk hot melt. The Champ 600 has an increased output compared to the Champ 3, which we are fans of.
