Plexus MA1025 is a premium two-part methacrylate adhesive renowned for its very low cure shrinkage and minimal odor, making it an excellent choice for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composite assemblies. This adhesive is formulated for easy mixing at a 10:1 ratio and provides a generous working time of 20 to 25 minutes, allowing it to achieve about 75% of its ultimate strength within 40 to 45 minutes at 74°F (23°C). It’s particularly favored in the marine industry for its efficiency and effectiveness in bonding without extensive surface preparation.

Designed specifically for maritime applications, Plexus MA1025 excels in bonding stringers and liners into fiberglass boats with bond lines up to one inch thick. It offers a robust blend of excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and superior toughness. Available in blue, MA1025 is conveniently packaged in 380-ml cartridges, 5-gallon pails, or 50-gallon drums, all designed to dispense a consistent, non-sagging gel that ensures precise application and durable bonds.
