Plexus MA2230 is a versatile two-part methacrylate adhesive tailored for the structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composite assemblies. With a mix ratio of 10:1, this adhesive is particularly well-suited for use in the marine and transportation industries, where it excels in composite bonding applications without the need for extensive surface preparation. It can effectively fill gaps ranging from 0.03 inches to 1.5 inches, depending on the laminate thickness and material composition, making it a flexible option for a variety of bonding needs.

Plexus MA2230 is celebrated for its excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and superior toughness, attributes that ensure long-lasting bonds under rigorous conditions. Available in both blue and black, this adhesive meets a range of aesthetic requirements while maintaining its functional integrity. It is supplied in ready-to-use 490-ml cartridges, as well as larger 5-gallon pails and 50-gallon drums, all designed to dispense a non-sagging gel that facilitates precise application and consistent performance across all project scales.
