About the Power Adhesives TEC 805 Hot Glue Gun

The TEC 805 glue gun from Power Adhesives is an excellent medium duty hot glue gun, available in both 1/2″ and 5/8″ stick sizes. Between the top notch design and competitive price point, the TEC 805 glue gun offers a great value and is one of our best selling entry level applicators.

Output & Performance

The Power Adhesives TEC 805 hot glue gun has an output of around 4 lbs per hour is supported by it’s 250 watt eco chamber heater. The unit warms up in just 2-3 minutes and has the a operating temperature of 380°F or 195°C. This is more than enough volume for most mid-volume applications.

We love that the TEC 805 is available in both 1/2″ and 5/8″ options and warms up in just 3 minutes. The TEC 805 makes life easier by featuring a on/off switch and 6.5 foot power cord.
